We originate in different professional fields.
We have experienced what innovation can achieve.
We know that progress and innovation require more than just an idea.
That is why we have joined forces. We want to develop products that are „simply better“. Technically and aesthetically close to perfection. For you.
Innovation doesn’t find its end in itself. It serves to create a better world. A world full of possibilities. — And that is our mission:
„Empowering innovation. Empowering you.“
Dipl.-Ing. Falk Hofmann (CEO) – The visionary
Falk has experienced innovation as a cofounder of a company in the bicycle sector and as an active sportsman over many years. He knows the potential for
improvement — including in wheelchair sports. At Brave Components, he is now pooling his experience and creativity in the development of innovative spokes and wheels.
„Some of my friends are wheelchair users who are also active in competitive sports. So my relationship to the topic is far more than a purely professional one. With Brave Components I can combine my know-how with my passion. That keeps me going on every day.“
Felix Eckert (CFO) – The generalist
The airline pilot learned how important, sometimes life-saving, innovation is in aviation at Germany’s largest airline. He is now contributing his technical know-how and entrepreneurial knowledge acquired over many years to Brave Components. He structures ideas, organises business processes and ensures administration of finances.
„I have been friends with Falk for a long time. When he told me about the project, I was into it immediately. That’s what I will sustain.“
Dipl.-Ing. Christian Günther (R&D) – The developer
The passionate mountain biker and racing cyclist knows about the relevance of sophisticated and reliable highperformance components. He now brings to Brave Components his many years of experience as a testing-engineer in the automotive sector and in research into component strength.
„For me, innovation is based on creative ideas and the courage to leave the beaten track. What is necessary, what makes sense? For me, developing added value with and for our customers is both a motivation and a challenge.“
